Municipality of Roccastrada

The statute establishes the main rules of the body organisation and specifies in particular the responsibilities of each institution and the forms of guarantee and participation of minorities, as well as the ways legal representation is exercised - even before the court. The statute also establishes the general criteria as regards the organisation of the body, the forms of collaboration between the municipalities and the provinces, public participation, decentralisation, citizens' access, information and administrative proceedings, the coat of arms and standard, as well as what is included in the Local government act.
